4. Dully filled out Recommendation Letter from the previous school (for grades two - ten applicants only. kindly use our form and have it filled out by the applicant's current school class adviser, guidance counselor, principal or any authorize school personnel)

6. Age Requirements for the following applicants
Nursery Level ; 4 years old by June 30, 2013
Preparatory Level : 5 years old by June 30, 2013
Grade One Level: 6 years old by June 30, 2012
Submit all requirements at the Registrar's Office.
Testing Fee: Php 300.00
Admission Testing will start on January 26, 2013
